Salon Policy

1. Dogs coming into our care must have Current Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations. 
2. We work by appointment to complete each dog's groom in as little time as possible. Please do not show up early and cut into the previous client's time with us. If you are early please give your dog a walk around the property for a bathroom break and to reduce nervous energy before coming in. 
3. We have a strict "late arrival" policy for anyone coming 15 or more minutes late. After 15 minutes we may not be able to see your dog that day and you will be responsible for a 50% "missed appointment" fee. If the groomer CAN still fit your pets in there is a $15 late fee per dog. You may not receive the services initially asked for depending on the timing as well. 
4. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled the day of or not shown up for will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment fee BEFORE a new grooming appointment can be made.
   
5. We prefer cash or check payments but will accept all credit and debit cards, Apple or Google pay. Sorry, NO Venmo or paypal!  If you are paying with a card or electronically and wish to tip your groomer please do so in cash. Thank you!
