PuppyCuts Too

PuppyCuts Too is here to give your pets their best spa day ever! We are cage dryer free and work on an appointment basis to ensure your pet has the most hands on attention they can get while in our care! All of our groomers are here because they love the craft of grooming and regularly attend seminars to continue their grooming education. 

In the Salon you will also find a great selection of frozen and freeze dried raw food to add to or replace with your dog's kibble to ensure your dog is healthy inside and out! All of our groomers have taken raw feeding classes and can help you decide what is best for your pet. 

We also carry home grooming supplies like brushes and combs  and will happily show you the best way to keep your dog's luscious locks brushed out in between grooming appointments!

Shop Owner
Jessica started grooming 14 years ago while taking a Veterinary Assistant course and quickly found out that her passion for animals did not lie in a medical office. She has attended countless seminars and classes to understand canine anatomy, nutrition, and grooming techniques. While working in other salons she found a need for spaces that focused more on the wellbeing of the pets and groomers and less on trying to pull in as many dogs as possible in a single day, so she opened her first salon, PuppyCuts Grooming Salon in 2018. In 2021 she opened PuppyCuts Too. PuppyCuts Grooming Salon has since been sold to the manager there, a wonderful groomer that Jessica trained from the ground up for 6 years before they wanted to take it over. In fact, many of her current and former employees were 100% trained by her to give the dogs and cats in our care the best spa day they can hope for. Now you can find Jessica grooming in her Mobile Van under the name "Paws in Time" and occasionally in the salon if they need coverage. When not grooming she is studying for her nutritionist certificate, gardening, and enjoying her collection of pets: dogs, birds, a snake and a rat! Needless to say: all animals are her favorites.

Groomer
I specialize in senior and small breed dogs, drop coats are my favorite! I also groom cats! It brings me great joy to help pets in ways they cant help themselves and take a potentially stressful situation and make it a positive experience. I grew up with dogs/cats/chickens/reptiles/horses, nearly any animal you can think of I've probably had at one point. I have over 6 years of grooming experience and love to learn, constantly trying to expand my knowledge and skill set. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge on pet nutrition to help solve common health issues from the inside out.

I love working with wire-haired terriers and standard poodles, but the big dirty dogs that live on property and thrive in the mud have a special place! I enjoy seeing cats as well. My favorite part about grooming is the relief that I see a dog experience after they are freshly washed and dried, especially if they are matted or anxious. I have worked at Puppy Cuts Too for 3 years. I grew up with lots of farm animals, cows/chickens/horses/pigs, plus a few different hound dogs and their puppies. I am looking forward to perfecting my handstripping and learning more about the benefits of raw food vs. kibble. My free time is spent camping with no cellphone service.

Jean Bohanon is a professional certified dog stylist with over 11+ years of experience in dog grooming, and over 21+ years in the Pet retail industry. She has a great passion and love for every pet that walks through the door.Jean is constantly pushing herself to learn new and innovative grooming techniques from some of the top in the bizz. Soon she hopes to get her Master Groomers Certification. She specializes in Traditional Breed Cuts Like Schnauzers, Springer Spaniels, Westis, Yorkies, Scotties and many more. But she also loves creating different, more non-traditional looks, including pet safe coloring styles. My all time favorites are the senior dogs, She even has a support belly straps for the small old dogs with bad hips. Jean's mission is to make you and your pet feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible with the entire grooming experience.... And sneak in a few kisses from the dogs.... She is compassionate and caring in all that she does.

Puppy Cuts! It is the absolute best! They have been cutting out dogs here for two years now, and admittedly, our dog is not the easiest of dogs to deal with when it comes to grooming, but they have continued to work with her and do a great job every single time. Knowing our pup hates the grooming, we feel Puppy Cuts treats her with care and patience. They are constantly adjusting her appointments to ensure they can handle her with the needed care.
